How long have you been in business?

DJB Productions, LLC is a brand new business in the Washington, DC area. But not to worry, our Deejays have a minimum of 5 years experience providing entertainment for weddings, private parties, mitzvahs, anniversary parties, corporate events, and much more! As a small business, our low rates certainly aren't a reflection of the quality you get when you hire DJB Productions. Professional, energetic, and talented, DJB Productions offers lower rates than the competition for two simple reasons: (1) we don't have the expenses that the big guys incur, and (2) we want to get the DJB Productions name out there. And what better way than offering high quality entertainment at prices the competition simply can't compete with!

Do you have a written guarantee?

DJB Productions, LLC back up our promises in writing (just see our service contract). Not only do we guarantee that a professional, well dressed, Deejay will show up on time, but we guarantee that DJB Productions fulfills every aspect of your contract with the highest of quality. If not, we'll give you your money back. But DJB Productions understands you don't want your money back. You want the best entertainment possible at your event, with no hiccups along the way. DJB Productions takes this responsibly seriously. Most other Deejays don't offer a money back guarantee, while some offer a partial refund if you hound them enough.

What kind of backup plan do you have if a DJ is sick or injured?

DJB Productions, LLC is a small company with only a few Deejays. HOWEVER, we will never, NEVER, let you down. We don't need to offer a money back guarantee, because it simply won't happen. DJB Productions works closely with a few other small disc jockey companies, and we assure you that if something highly irregular occurred that prohibits your originally scheduled Deejay to be present for your event, you will absolutely, positively, have a QUALIFIED substitute. As the owner of DJB Productions, I can tell you that not only have I never missed a gig, but I've never been late for one.

Do you have references?

Of course! DJB Productions, LLC provides all our clients with a list of recent, extremely satisfied customers, who gave us permission to use their names and phone numbers. Call them and you'll see how happy they were with DJB Productions.

Be skeptical of companies that tell you they don't have references of past clients, or they send out names without phone numbers to verify. We URGE you to check our references!

What kind of music do you play?

DJB Productions boasts a music library of over 10,000 songs. We play popular music from the 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s, and today. From Motown, Oldies, Classic Rock, and Country to Pop, Top 40, Rap, and Hip-Hop, we play a little bit for everybody, and our DJs are always paying attention to the crowd. We're very flexible and will always let the client ultimately decide what is played.

Volume Concerns  (applies to weddings and more formal events)
During cocktail hour, the volume of the music will be just loud enough to recognize, but not loud enough to make it difficult to talk to people. During dinner, we pay attention to people speaking to each other, and if they're leaning in to speak to one another, we know to adjust the volume.

Do you have liability insurance?

While we have never had a situation where any of our equipment has damaged property or caused any injury, DJB Productions, LLC has liability insurance that will protect DJB Productions and our clients during all of our events.
